Soft skills are those skills that classify personality traits or good manners, It is a personal characteristics that we relate to others. It is often said that hard skills can help you in interview but you need soft skill to get and keep the job. Only technical skills and knowledge skill can’t make you perfect, you need to develop your soft skills due to soft skills optimism and empathy increase in organization.
Example: If you hire a cab to go anywhere and then you pay money to cab driver and you feel like he doesn’t have a good behavior. On other hand you hired another cab driver and he wish you good morning and ask you to store your luggage then can you pay money to cab driver he smile and said thank you, whom do you hire next time obviously second driver because he had soft skills.

Listening skills are those skills where you receive accurate message and interpret it in communication process. it is very important and effective skills, as they say to become a good speaker one need to be become a good listener first.
Leadership skill is the strength and ability of individual which help you in achieving goal . it is very important factor in soft skills, Leader is the people who guide his subordinate.

Problem solving skills are those skills where an individual follow anyone’s problem in every sector problem solving is the one of the best key that an employ seek in job.
4. Interpersonal skills:
An intern personal skills are skills that used in day to day life communication and interaction with people, these skills are good for teamwork and it is one of the important soft skills.
5. Intrapersonal skills
Intrapersonal skills is about understanding our Inter domain an it lead to an ability to lead or Inter event At it will, in simple words intrapersonal skills are part of soft skills that can’t be touched, can only be felt.
